Refunds
We have a no refund policy, which means once your calibration file has been sent you no longer have the option to request a cancellation or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase or before payment has been collected, whichever occurs first. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of emailed calibration files, once any data is analyzed, calibrations have been created or adjusted, or any work has occurred, it is impossible to reclaim all copies of said calibration file(s). Nor is it possible to regain the labor hours spent to create the calibration, revision, or analyze data, hence the no refund policy. For hard parts, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the parts you would like to return. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all approved returned hard parts. Parts must be uninstalled and in new condition, including the packaging. No exceptions.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a cancellation or refund and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Incorrect items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, corrupted, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
