Fiesta ST FULL SEND Custom Tune Package
The Tunewerks FULL SEND custom tune package is a unique bundle that allows for any fuel to be fully dialed in with our datalogging analysis and program revision process. No more trying to decide on which fuel you want to purchase tuning for. The FULL SEND package gives you ONE FULL YEAR of programming support for multiple fuels for ONE PRICE. For those who already own the Cobb Accessport you can decide on 2 or 3 fuels to be dialed in, for example, or you can choose to have ALL of the fuels that we support to be dialed in. And you don't have decide when making your purchase - you can make decisions and change your mind during the one year time period. Anything goes!
Maximize the performance of your Fiesta ST with Tunewerks custom tuning and a FULLY optimized ECU tune for your Cobb Accessport. Nothing will surpass custom tuning when it comes to increasing the output of your turbocharged hot hatch! With high quality fuel you can expect average peak to peak gains of 25+ WHP and 60+ WTQ compared to the stock ECU calibration.
Our test vehicle gained 35 horsepower and 84 ft. lbs. of torque AT THE WHEELS, as seen in the dyno chart. Off peak gains are just as impressive with a 51 WHP increase at 3500 RPMs and 41 WHP at 6000 RPMs!
PRO TIP: For even greater gains select 100 octane, E30, or E40 fuel options. Just be sure you have access to the chosen fuel. Using the incorrect fuel with a purpose built ECU calibration can lead to serious engine damage!

Tunewerks Optimized ECU Calibration Slots
Tunewerks calibrations include 5 slots that are switchable anytime. Using the steering wheel Cruise Control buttons allows for quick slot changes whenever needed. The default settings for the Fiesta ST are:
- Slot 1 - Custom High Performance Calibration
- Slot 2 - Custom High Performance Calibration with indicated Launch Control and Flat Foot Shifting
- Slot 3 - Low Boost / Gas Miser Mode
- Slot 4 - Panic Mode / Bad Fuel Mode
- Slot 5 - Wastegate Actuator Evaluation Mode
Easy to follow step-by-step data logging instructions are provided to help you get the most from your Tunewerks ECU calibration.
The FULL SEND custom calibration and file revision period is 365 days from the time the first ECU calibration file is sent to the customer or one week from the calibration purchase date, whichever occurs first. Once the 365 day period has expired the custom calibration period ends. Future custom ECU calibrations are subject to additional fees depending on the exact nature of the request.
Important Note: Programming for any fuel system upgrades, such as upgraded Fuel Injectors or High Pressure Fuel Pump will incur extra costs. Aux Fuel systems are completely separate and may be possible to program, but will also incur extra costs. Contact us before installing any of these items to avoid unexpected circumstances.
PRO TIP: When increasing boost pressure and overall performance of your Fiesta ST, ensure the spark plug gap is properly set. We recommend 0.025" gap to avoid misfires.
